Pour un changement d’adresse pour les retraités, il faut communiquer directement avec Manuvie aux coordonnées suivantes :

Ne pas oublier par contre d’aviser Manon Patry également afin qu'elle puisse faire le changement dans ces dossiers à l’interne chez Papier Masson.
Voici la procédure à suivre lors du décès d’un retraité de Papier Masson :
1er Aviser Manon Patry (de Papier Masson) : 819-986-4309 2e Manon Patry termine le certificat avec l’assureur SSQ
3e Par la suite, le légataire testamentaire doit communiquer
directement à la SSQ (prévoir 3 jours ouvrables pour que le dossier soit traité à la SSQ avant de communiquer avec eux) au numéro suivant : 1-888-651-2307 (Assurance-vie décès);
4e Le numéro de contrat à mentionner lors de l’appel à la SSQ est le 23F51.

Procedure to follow in case of the death of a retiree fromPapier Masson
1st: Call Manon Patry at the Mill 819-986-4309
2nd: Manon will terminate the retiree (certificate) with the insurer SSQ.
3rd: After, the legal executor of the person will have to communicate directly with the SSQ (anticipate at least three (3) working days for the documents to be transferred to SSQ before getting in contact with them). Call them at 1-888-651-2307 (Life Insurance).
4th: The contract number to mention when you make the call is 23F51
